Returns Policy

 

 

PLEASE NOTE: We have a 14 day returns policy.

 

Here at The Daisy Chain Boutique we understand that outfits do not always fit right, and we know that when buying an item you want it to look absolutely perfect! This is why we accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all original labels, tags and packaging. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: That the shipping costs for your returnable garment(s) are not covered by the Daisy Chain Boutique so we advise you use your local post office for the best service and tracking ID. 

 

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your item(s) please email us at thedaisychainboutique@hotmail.com before you send the return to submit a request to do so. Once you have made us aware of the return please send your items back to our returns address with a note inside which must include; 

Your name, order number, and reason for returning. 

 Please note we must receive your return within 14 days of purchase and if the time has expired we have the right to reject your return and send the item(s) back to the address we originally sent it to.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s card. Returns for refunds are processed  within 3-5 working days of receiving the item(s). Card refunds can take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete so please bare this in mind. 

 

 

SWIMWEAR

Swimwear cannot under any circumstance be returned due to hygiene reasons.

 

SALE ITEMS

Please note we do not accept any returns on sale items. These are final clearance so are therefore are heavily reduced and non-refundable.

 

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM FOR A REFUND

Items must be free of any stains or markings e.g fake tan/ make up. 

Items must be unworn and unwashed and free of any smells.

Items must be returned in all original packaging, have all tags including and original hand tags still attached.

 

When trying on shoes please try them on carpet, this stops scuffs on the bottom of the shoe. If you return shoes with scuffs we might have to reject your return request.

 

If all of the above is not followed when returning we have we have the right too reject your returns request. If you are returning something faulty or damaged please contact us through our email address above within 24 hours upon receiving.
